We ship all products within Portugal (Mainland).
European Union
Only the Grown To Be Worn line is available for shipping across the European Union.
GROWN TO BE WORN LINE
From Lisbon to you
Orders from the Grown To Be Worn line are shipped from our office in Lisbon via BOU Express, part of the CTT network.
Shipping included
The price of the t-shirts already includes shipping. The price you see is the final price.
Fast dispatch
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 hours (working days) after purchase.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code to follow the delivery.
PRINT ON DEMAND PRODUCTS
With the exception of the Grown To Be Worn line, produced in Portugal, Ralhenta products are made to order. We work with a print-on-demand partner who ships directly to the address provided.
Shipping not included
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

I received a wrong/damaged item, what should I do?
We’re very sorry if your order arrived incorrect or damaged. Please email us at ana@ralhenta.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including photos of the item, your order number, and any relevant details. We will get back to you with a solution as quickly as possible.

- Madeira : 3 to 6 working days
- Azores :
- São Miguel and Terceira: 6 to 9 business days
- Other islands (Faial, Pico, Flores, Corvo, São Jorge, Graciosa, Santa Maria): 7 to 15 working days
- Peninsular Spain : 2 working days
- Balearic Islands: 8 to 12 working days
- European Union
- Zone 2 – 4 to 7 working days

PRINT ON DEMAND PRODUCTS
Orders typically take 3 to 7 days to be processed. After that, they are shipped. Delivery time depends on your location, but is estimated at 6 to 8 working days.
During periods of high order volume (such as Christmas), shipping times may be affected.
Orders may arrive on different days and via different carriers if items are shipped from different locations.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Before contacting us:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any address errors
- Contact the delivery company to see if they have your parcel
- Check with neighbours in case the parcel was left with them
If the address is correct and there is no information about the delivery, please contact us at ana@ralhenta.com, including your order number.
If there is an error in the delivery address provided at checkout, we can arrange a replacement shipment, but the cost will be covered by the customer.
All reshipments of undelivered items due to incorrect address, failure to collect from the carrier within the specified timeframe, or any other circumstances beyond Ralhenta’s control will incur an additional shipping cost.
RETURNS
What is Ralhenta’s return policy?
We do not accept returns unless there is an issue with your order - meaning the item is incorrect or arrives damaged.
In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at ana@ralhenta.com to receive further instructions and return details.
We only accept returns of unworn and unwashed items.
Does Ralhenta offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this applies, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including photos of the item.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure about sizing, please refer to our size guides available on each product page.
Although rare, it is possible that an item may have been incorrectly labelled. If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the label, and we will send a replacement item.
